Muse has been an integral player at Eurocentral since 1995 where it has developed over 1.5 million square feet of distribution and warehousing facilities. In 2010 Muse commenced a programme of speculative development and has invested £54.2 million in the creation of 390,000 sq ft of commercial space in seven new distribution/production units.

The Plot F buildings, Zenith; Pinnacle; Vertex and Apex plus a range of units on Plot B, designed to meet the needs of smaller operators, are the most sustainable and energy-efficient industrial buildings developed speculatively to date in Scotland. 

The Zenith and Pinnacle buildings are available for immediate occupation while the second phase, the Vertex, Apex and three Plot B units, will complete in November 2011.
