Eurocentral Partnership Limited (EPL) is the Joint Venture partnership of Muse Developments and Scottish Enterprise and responsible for the development of almost 1.5 million sq ft of high-quality industrial and distribution facilities at Eurocentral since 1995. To date, Muse Developments has invested some £125m in the development of Eurocentral.
What is the Eurocentral masterplan?
Eurocentral covers an area of 650 acres (263 hectares) and will ultimately accommodate over 7m sq ft (650,300 sq m) of business space. The Eurocentral masterplan is a flexible framework within which the specific requirements of occupiers can be accommodated. Eurocentral Partnership Limited has planning consent in place for the development of facilities falling within classes 4, 5 and 6.

In addition to the development of bespoke requirements, EPL has commenced a programme of new speculative development on the former Enterprise Zone, Plot F, bringing forward two new distribution/production facilities; ‘Pinnacle’ at 67,000 sq ft and the 92,000 sq ft ‘Zenith’.
